Overview
Hoops & Yoyo has been a major licensed property in the U.S for several years. It started life as a small web based property, but it's unique style of comedy fused with modern Flash animation soon saw the the brand become a household name and high street success story.
I was given the task of producing a website to house Hoops and Yoyo here in the UK.

The main challenge for this project was the time frame, I was given just under a month to build the complete site. A fresh challenge for this project was the eCard engine which was completely bespoke and built from scratch. It includes an inbox, sent items and a new Flash pre-loader allowing ads to be placed for marketing activity. I also added a revised version of the swap game I had previously built for the Forever Friends website.
As well as the main site, I also produced a lot of seasonal promotions, created special pages for Valentine's Day, Christmas and halloween.
We also put together a monthly newsletter which promoted seasonal activity on the site which included wallpapers and new eCards. The site also had an RSS news feed.
